Maria Clemencia Tabango

Glory to God for His work in the life of Maria Clemencia Tabango! At 49 years old and living alone in the community of Pijal, Maria has faced challenges, but thanks to the Lord, she always finds strength and hope. Even though she has been living alone since her divorce 20 years ago and her two children live in other cities, Maria never feels alone. She counts on the company of her loved ones every weekend.

God’s providential hand was revealed to Maria when she learned about the Pan de Vida Foundation through a friend who had been helped by the organization. She was encouraged by the stories of assistance and optimism, which led her to become a part of the Life Farm program. Despite not being a regular church-goer or Bible reader, Maria’s spiritual journey flourished as she became involved in the community development program. Encouraged by her niece and the lessons she received, Maria discovered a spiritual home in a local Christian church, which had a profound impact on her life.

Maria is deeply grateful to the Pan de Vida Foundation for being her partner in her spiritual journey and in the development of her life farm. Her dedication and service have not gone unnoticed, as reflected in the healthy growth of her plants. Additionally, she has actively participated in workshops and has prepared seedlings exceptionally well, providing them to other beneficiaries.

Her life story is a testament to God’s love and provision, and her unwavering commitment to the betterment of her community showcases the transformative power of a life guided by faith.
